Premium Grade Insertion consists of a premium grade 65 Duro blended natural and synthetic rubber, reinforced with a nylon ‘monofilament’ fabric The nylon reinforcement greatly improves its tear strength plus being a ‘monofilament’, will not allow water/fluid ‘wicking’ into the material It has moderate abrasion and impact resistance.

PN250 Rubber Insertion Sheet is a premium grade rubber made from a blend of natural and synthetic rubber polymers reinforced with a heavy duty nylon cord fibre to deliver excellent tear resistance and dimensional stability. PN250 has excellent resilience and low temperature flexibility along with good compression set. PN250 is good all-rounder insertion rubber for use in more demanding applications and environments.

Pure Gum Rubber is an un-pigmented, highly elastic premium grade 35 Duro rubber with excellent resistance to cutting, tearing and abrasion Pure Gum has outstanding resilience and strength and has superior resistance to fine particle and wet slurry abrasion. It contains no colour pigmentation and as such is suitable for applications where colour contamination is a concern Pure Gum is not suitable for outdoor applications due to its poor resistance to weathering

Neoprene rubber sheet is a premium grade blended synthetic rubber made from 30% Neoprene polymer. It has excellent physical properties including good mechanical strength with moderate abrasion resistance and tear strength. It also gives good adhesion to metal. Neoprene rubber has good resistance to heat, steam, oils, fats, ozone, weathering oxidation, sunlight and refrigeration. Neoprene also has good resistance to oils, acids, greases, inorganic hydrocarbons and other chemicals

Neoprene Rubber HG is a high grade, highly elastic 60 Duro rubber with abrasion and impact resistance. It has excellent mechanical strength, is flexible and resilient across a wide temperature range and is flame resistant. It also has good resistance to petroleum-based fluids such as petrol, diesel & LPG Neoprene HG is completely UV stabilized making it ideal for outdoor applications.

Neoprene Insertion is superior grade 60Duro blended rubber reinforced with a tear resistant nylon fabric. The nylon monofilament reinforcing not only improves mechanical strength and dimensional stability, it will not absorb any liquid which can cause delamination making it ideal for gasket seals. Neoprene Insertion is also UV stabilised and resistant to the effects of ozone and weathering.

Nitrile Rubber Sheet is a black premium grade 65 Duro synthetic rubber made from 100% Nitrile polymer which exhibits excellent resistance to petroleum based fluids. Nitrile has the ability to resist long term exposure to fuel, oil and other hydrocarbons plus a wide range of chemicals, acids, alkalis, refrigerants, steam and carbon dioxide. Nitrile has good mechanical strength and abrasion resistance but has low resistant to weathering, sunlight and ozone.

Nitrile Diaphragm Rubber is premium grade 65 Duro synthetic rubber reinforced with a tear and flex resistant Nylon fabric. It has excellent resistance to petroleum-based fluids such as petrol, diesel and LPG. It resists long term expose to fuel, oil and aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons plus vegetable oils, grease and hydraulic fluids. Nitrile Diaphragm Rubber has excellent mechanical strength and flexibility ensuring dimensional stability under constant flexing. Nitrile is not suitable for outdoor applications.

White Nitrile Rubber sheet is a premium grade synthetic rubber made from 100% Nitrile polymer developed with superior resistance to food fats and oils a wide range of chemicals, acids, alkalis, animal fats and other hydrocarbons. White Nitrile Rubber is made from FDA approved non-marking materials, making it ideal for applications involving long term exposure to food products. White Nitrile has good mechanical strength and abrasion resistance but has a low resistance to weathering, sunlight and ozone.

Food Grade 40 Lining Rubber is a white, premium grade 40 Duro Natural rubber sheet that is highly elastic, flexible and wear resistant to both wet & dry fine particle abrasion. It is FDA compliant making ideal for areas of repeated or long-term exposure to food product. It is non-toxic, non-marking and non-allergenic. Food Grade 40 is supplied with a pre-buffed finish for easy bonding to metal surfaces with many 2-part neoprene-based adhesives.

White EPDM sheet is a 65 Duro premium grade synthetic rubber made from FDA compliant EPDM/SBR polymers. It is UV resistant and has a wide temperature operating range making it suitable for both interior and exterior environments. EPDM-White Rubber has resistance to a wide range of chemicals, acids, alkalis, animal and vegetable oils, water, steam plus has excellent electrical insulating properties. EPDM-White Rubber is made from FDA approved non-marking materials, making it ideal for applications involving long term exposure to food products.

EPDM Rubber is a premium grade 70 Duro synthetic rubber made from 100% EPDM polymer. It has excellent ozone and high temperature resistance making it ideal for outdoor environments with long term exposure to weathering and UV. EPDM Rubber is resistance to a wide range of chemicals, acids, alkalis, brake and hydraulic fluids, animal and vegetable oils, water, steam and also has excellent electrical insulating properties. EPDM Rubber is suitable for prolonged exposure to aquatic environments (fresh and sea water) and will not deteriorate when submerged.

EPDM Insertion Rubber is a premium grade 70 Duro synthetic EPDM polymer reinforced with a Nylon monofilament fabric. This nylon reinforcing greatly increases its tear resistance and directional stability plus being a ‘monofilament’, will not allow water/fluid ‘wicking’ into the material that can cause delamination. It will remain flexible and resilient across a wide temperature range; it is resistant to UV and ozone along with many acids and alkalis - ideal for long term outdoor use.

Peroxide Cured EPDM Rubber is a black premium grade 70 Duro synthetic rubber which possesses superior chemical and thermal resistance compared with the normal ‘sulphur cured’ EPDM. It has superior UV stability and is resistant to alcohols, engine coolant, ketones, hot water and steam, organic and inorganic acids. It comes with a fine fabric finish on both sides It is ideal for long term exposure to the elements along with fresh and sea water.

Chutex 40 is suitable for both wet and dry fine to large particle abrasion applications. Chutex 40 is generally mechanically fastened or can be buffed for bonding to steel surfaces. Once buffed, it can be adhered with many 2-part neoprene based lining glues

Chutex Black is a highly elastic premium grade 40 Duro natural rubber specifically manufactured for its excellent resistance to cutting, tearing and abrasion. It has been formulated to provide better UV and weathering resistance to the pink Chutex. Chutex Black is suitable for both wet and dry large particle abrasion applications. It is generally mechanically fastened or can be buffed for bonding to steel surfaces. Once buffed, it can be adhered with many 2-part neoprene based lining glues

S.A.R. 60 Rubber is a black, highly elastic premium grade 60 Duro blend of natural and synthetic elastomers formulated to have excellent resistance to impact, tearing and abrasion. It has outstanding resilience and strength and will demonstrate superior resistance to large particle gouging and dry impact and sliding abrasion S.A.R. 60 is generally mechanically fastened or can be buffed for bonding to steel surfaces. Once buffed it can be used with many 2-part neoprene based lining glues

S.A.R Rubber is used for a wide range of wear applications including chutes and screen lining, heavy duty skirting, conveyor curtains, impact curtains, launders, screen components plus gaskets and seals. Used extensively for mining & quarrying applications along with agricultural machinery applications against dry abrasion in the grain handling industry.

Butyl Rubber is a premium grade 100% synthetic rubber made from Bromo-butyl polymer. It has been developed for its excellent chemical, weathering and high temp resistance. Butyl Rubber has very good resistance to corrosive acids & alkalis plus maintaining moderate abrasion resistance. Butyl Rubber exhibits very good UV & ozone resistance & dielectric properties plus low permeability to air and gases

Butyl Rubber is used for a wide range of critical applications including gaskets and seals, tank and vessel lining, pads and strips, transfer socks and chutes, skirting & curtains plus pond liners

Silicone (60 Duro) is an extremely resilient, totally synthetic rubber with excellent resistance to heat, weathering, ozone, mineral oils, moderate acids and alkali’s plus a wide range of chemicals. Silicone is impervious to UV light, is non-toxic, chemically inert and will retain is flexibility and properties over a wide temperature range. Silicone far out distances other elastomers in general service life, compression set resistance, electrical strength and non-stick properties. Available in red, white and translucent.

All the silicone supplied, meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR Part 177.2600, making it suitable for use in food manufacturing and handling applications.

SCREEN CLOTH Screen Cloth is a black premium tear and impact resistant 70 Duro natural and synthetic rubber sheet with a special heat-treated polyester 1100 dtex cord fabric reinforcing. It has outstanding mechanical strength and is resistant to cutting, tearing and hard and sharp particle impact. The polyester reinforcing maintains dimensional stability especially when used as screen mats eliminating the need for daily adjustments It can be supplied with holes, hooks and protection strips as per application requirements.

Lining Rubber is used primarily as wear and corrosion protection of steel and other surfaces in the mining, quarrying and mineral processing industries. Soft Skirt is a superior grade 40 Duro soft, flexible, highly elastic and wear resistant natural rubber. It has high cut & tear strength to provide excellent sealing capabilities without wear to the belt surface. This extends the life of both the skirt and the belt and reduces adjustment times

Natural Rubber Skirting is a superior grade 60 Duro natural and synthetic blended rubber developed specifically for use as a sealing skirt in conveyor belt systems. Skirting is designed to create a seal along the conveyor to reduce material spillage and dust whilst at the same time having minimal wear to the belt surface.

FRAS Rubber Skirting – FIRE RESITANT, ANTI-STATIC also available

Polyurethane Skirting is a premium grade 70 Duro wear-resistant Polyurethane elastomer strip used as a seal along conveyor belt systems, transfer & discharge outlets. Polyurethane is non-porous, has excellent resistance to abrasion, impact, cutting and tearing. It also exhibits a lower Co-efficient of Friction for increased belt life. PU Skirting comes with a 45° bevelled edge to extend both the life of the skirt and the belt – it will usually outlast natural rubber skirt by 3-5 times.

PU Skirting is used extensively in the mining, quarrying and mineral processing industries plus mobile crushing plants

Load Mat-Premium is a black premium grade solid rubber sheet with a ‘fabric-like’ finish on both surfaces to provide ‘anti-slip’ properties which increases the coefficient of friction between the load surface and the load itself.

It is primarily used as an anti-slip matting under or between loads when transported on steel decks or on timber bolsters Being a solid sheet, it resists tearing and provides for higher load bearing capacities to ‘crumbed rubber’ type anti-slip sheet.
